Our pricing is based on the stitch count of the final digitized design file. The more stitches, the higher the cost.

Basic Digitizing Rates:
  • Flat Rate: $14.90 (for designs under 5 inches and/or under 10,000 stitches)
  • Additional Stitches: $1.49 per 1,000 stitches beyond 10,000
  • Note: We offer free minor edits and sew-out adjustments—no hidden charges.
Vectorization Rates:
  • Range: $10 – $75, depending on the complexity of the source image.

Yes, we do! If you require a format not listed, please contact us before placing your order. Our expert digitizers are happy to accommodate your needs.
Supported Machine Formats: Tajima, Barudan, Melco, Toyota, ZSK, SWF, and Happy.

We pride ourselves on providing one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. Standard delivery is within 3 to 12 hours of order placement. For urgent needs, we offer rush delivery within 1 to 8 hours, provided all necessary details are submitted with the order.

We offer a wide range of custom patches including embroidered, woven, chenille, PVC, leather, and sublimated patches. Each type is crafted to suit different styles, textures, and usage needs.

Our minimum order quantity typically starts at 50 pieces, but we can accommodate smaller quantities for special projects. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Yes, we provide a digital sample (mockup) for approval before production. Physical samples can also be provided upon request, additional charges may apply.

You can request a quote by registering for free at aspiredigitizing.com. Simply fill out a short form, activate your account, and upload your artwork along with detailed instructions. You may also email or fax your artwork and specifications. We provide quotes for the following services:
  • Embroidery Digitizing

  • Custom Stickers

To help us provide a precise estimate, please share any of the following:
  • Existing sew-outs or stitch files
  • Clear images or scanned logos
  • Hand-drawn sketches or concept designs
  • Source images from business cards, stationery, or digital formats
The better the quality of the artwork, the more accurate and efficient the quote process will be.

We aim to respond with a price estimate within 12 to 24 hours after receiving your request, provided we have all the necessary artwork and details.

All quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. After that, please contact us again in case of updates or changes to your project.

For your first trial, a one-time payment of $5 is required. This payment will serve both as your initial charge and as a verification method for your account. After the trial, we can discuss and set up a customized payment plan, with options ranging from 2 to 4 weeks.

Yes, we can make changes to existing digitized embroidery files to meet your updated requirements.

Simple revisions are free of charge. However, for more complex edits (such as those differing from the original request or quote), a fee will apply based on the complexity of the changes.
